Maybe take some of the SCA stuff, but leave the bulkier items till you figure out how regularly you'll participate? Have friends and family visit, that way you can ask them to bring up stuff for you as and when needed. ;)

I can't believe how soon it is! Good luck with all the preparations! I hope you have a wonderful time. :)

provided you have 2 weeks worth of socks and undies and a weeks worth of nice work clothes and a week of play clothes, you will be fine.

I've had 4 days to pack my room up and move house so I know what its like. Good luck with the house hunting when you're up there!
