Really, calling the police is pointless, we'd be so far down on the list he would have been gone before the police got to there. And I guess I should have used berate over yelled. He only had 2 yelling outburts, one when he first got there and again when I moved a chair that I had originally put up then he moved as it was 'crowding him' (despite being the next table group over). If he had hit me or threatened to, he would have been out but he didn't. Hopefully if he keeps coming back someone will tell him he can't live there or he just stops... either way, I'm not dealing with him...

Lately we've been getting a lot of complaints about customer service, so I think this is why they really didn't want to cause a fuss, cause trust me, I talked to them several times about him. And at least they didn't force me to go out there when I stated I felt uncomfortable and they went out into the dinning room for me. But it was really frustrating that they didn't go out there and kick him out, if we saw the open bottles of alcohol they probably would of, but I found those hidden in spots around the store at close as he put them in other bottles.... but yeah, calling the police would be pointless unless he hit me, but if that happened I know Jamie would have thrown him out the door anyways :P.

I'm hoping he doesn't keep coming around for hours at a time....if he does maybe I'll get lucky and he'll be told not to come back...or he'll get Megan on cash who is pregnant and doesn't take shit from no one and will let you know as she feels like crap these days.
