My, my, I've been reduced to naught but calling you by your surname when you're free to refer to my first?

My heart is broken, sir, simply shattered! Here I thought we were friends.

I call you by the name you used when you introduced yourself. I merely ask the same courtesy in return.

Y'know, with everyone finding out their real names, I kinda have to say I hope my real name isn't as confusing as Cecdan....

...I have known at least part of my name for some time. It did not seem appropriate to mention it.

Oh. *pen taps* Still.

So do I call you Mr. Edgeworth?

Nope, just does the admin. Boss is NPC XD extantlaw July 17 2009, 20:32:43 UTC
...you may if you wish, but Edgeworth is sufficient for most purposes.

To tell you the truth, Mr. Edgeworth, I don't know if I'd be able to let go of "Kitty" if I remembered my name!

Any idea if you'd miss "Justice" at all?

There is no need for the "Mr", Kitty. And it was never my name - there is no reason to miss it.

You're right... Justice sounded pretty cool, though. There's something about shouting at someone that YOU ARE JUSTICE.

...I see.

Then... if it would please you to continue to call me Justice, then you have my permission to do so.

Any particular reason for choosing your surname instead?

Reply

extantlaw July 17 2009, 23:15:34 UTC
Only that it feels more familiar.

It seems more formal... but like the sort of thing I should have expected from you.

Edgeworth it is, then. I apologize in advance if I slip up.

Is that was intended as a compliment or a criticism?

Either way, it would be foolish to expect everyone to either remember or to care, so apologies are unnecessary.
