Alas, as the morning DJ helpfully replied in this very journal, that was a calendar mistake. The concert was on Nov. 20. Drat the luck! In the future, I'll have to keep more of a weather eye on Hitchcock's upcoming dates page.

Thank you! It's been a nuisance for nearly 15 years now and quite a pain for the last several. At this point, a 15-mintue outpatient procedure and a few weeks of healing/PT to get the hand strong again feels like it's worth it.
