Today's APOD is a photo by Thierry Legault, showing the space shuttle Atlantis and the International Space Station transiting the sun shortly after the former undocked from the latter on 17 September

I've been looking at APOD for a while, and this has got to be one of my favorite APOD pictures ever. The transit only lasted half a second?! Jeez, I figured it would have been fast, but... wow.
