9. Big Judd's - One location at the corner of Protest and Boise Ave. in the downtown area. So I wouldn't know about this place if it were not for my annoying habit of driving for Pastry Perfection. 8. Hawkin's Pac-Out - Only one location, the intersection of Hill Rd. and where Harrison turns in to Bogus Basin Rd. So this currently takes my top spot, and for a bunch of reasons. 7. Moon's Kitchen Cafe and Gift Shop - One location, on Main St. near 8th downtown. One thing I should note is that I get a lot of ideas for places to go from the Boise Weekly. 6. TJ Burgers - Only one on the planet, on Cole in the mall parking lot. This is a little drive through joint owned by a guy named Terry (nice guy) who moved out from California to open it. The sign out front boasts quotes from customers say, "The best burger I've ever had" and "Better then In and Out burger." I first found out about this place ( Read more... )

3. Golden Wheel - Only one location to my knowledge which is on Fairview. So right off the bat I can tell you we like the place enough to have been back several times. This is a pretty neat place in that they are very much and older drive through place, but there's a few tables inside which is cool if you'd rather eat there. There's also picnic ( Read more... )

So AJ and I have been hitting smaller burger places and such in an effort to find our favorite. Feel free to recommend another place, but keep in mind that these our just my (and I'll add AJ's) opinions and may be ignored.
