graduation and travel

Graduation day was nice. My program had a nice luncheon for everyone and I got to meet some of my friends' parents and family members. The ceremony it self was hot and crowded but pretty good. Our speaker was some guy from Walmart. But it was better than I thought it would be. But all in all it was a great day. Especially considering that it was ( Read more... )

Wow, that's wonderful, Nia! Just one step closer to ruling the world. Clearly your next move should be to DC, so as to practice the skills you've acquired.

Tell me, did they let you keep your master's robes? Truly, you wouldn't think they'd be stingy with those, considering the type of degree.

Well, I'll be in contact soon to give more ceremonious congratulations. In the meantime, given the choice, tip the balance in favor of feeling special over not special. The full importance of your accomplishment will sink in eventually. ;o)
