I've been a failure at updating recently. I went to see Juno in Minneapolis and it was AWESOME and I am now addicted to the soundtrack. I have seriously not listened to anything else. "Theologically bitch-slapped" is a great phrase. I think I will try to use it in place of "You got served" (not that I ever actually say that).

I think an exclamation of "Ohhhh, snap! You got theologically bitch-slapped, beeyatch!" would make all conversations instantly become cooler.
Also: have you noticed how our Macalester cabal makes frequent use of the word "epic"? Is that a product of internet culture that is more subtle than (but as powerful as) cat macro-talk? *ponders*
I want to write a paper on internet culture. Or a book. Admittedly, people have gotten there before me, but I want to anyway. INSIDER'S PERSPECTIVE, YO.

I totally agree. I've noticed myself using 'epic' a lot lately. I think it's definitely an internet thing. So, in short, I agree with everything you just said. Two thumbs up, would read again.
