Thursday: I don't really remember what I did during the day, but I sure know what I did at night -- met katesti and xxsincerityxx! We met up at a delicious cafe a few blocks from my house (to which I biked; this is a theme) and had cake. They are cool and not scary axe murderers! Yay! We talked about hockey and music and y'all. Yay! I'm 19, the age where nothing particularly happens! To kick off my birthday celebrations, I went out swing dancing last night. Contrary to popular wisdom, getting there on the bus system is easy, if longer than necessary. It had been getting nicer, but now it is supposed to THUNDERSNOW. What the fuck kind of weather is that? Spellcheck doesn't even recognize it as a word! I managed to get myself some take-out Chinese, which helped immensely somehow. Then I suddenly felt well enough to put on a dress and go to the big dance, which was good. I got in a salsa dance, a bagpipe song and all three a cappella performances before I felt so achy I had to leave again. I'm glad I went, but I wish I wasn't still sick.

inkstain has been staying over while her mom and sister have been gone, which has been super fun. Today we went up to Burlington to go shopping.
