When I was on maternity leave, I had to switch from disabled to maternity I had a really nice rep who just did it for me instead of making me send in forms. And my mom has been on unemployment for about a year now and she keeps checking off the wrong boxes because she refuses to wear her reading glasses and they have always been nice enough to fix it. I think the EDD is full of nice people, as odd as it seems. Maybe they have special "how to be nice" training over there.
