Distance means nothing to me

In exactly one month, I'll be packing up my stuff and driving off into the sunset...and by sunset, I mean to Philadelphia with Dan.

Can we just focus on this for a second? Two years ago, if you would have told me that I'd be leaving Orlando and moving in with Dan (also known then as 'The Internet Boy'), my jaw would have smashed

I know you and your friends will keep in touch. When I moved from Colorado to California and left behind all my HS friends, plus a few family members (namely my sister Mindy), I kept in touch. I also visit as often as possible (usually twice a year) and that seems to work out just fine. :)

I figure with the advent of the internet, keeping in touch shouldn't be terribly difficult. I mean, you and your sister Mindy stay in contact all the time, right?

Yeah...we keep in touch! (I'm catching a plane in 3 hours to go visit her, actually!)

Plus the phone is always nice. :D

P.S. Tips in the long distance driving...definitely a grocery bag to throw wrappers and soda cans in. I dunno, it's weird but that's my #1 must-have. LOL. You can always empty it each time you fill up for gas.
