Breadbox Edition: S.W.A.T.

I realized, not too long ago, that I still had three BBEs from my FF.net days that I hadn't put up yet. So, here's the first: S.W.A.T. I like to think of this as my favorite Breadbox Edition of a movie no one else has ever seen.

Yes, go me. I don't think I've ever been the first to comment on a BBE before, so it's a minor triumph of good timing. Even though I apparently didn't have anything of any real worth to say. ^^;

Oh my God. I saw that movie, and I wandered out of the cinema desperately wanting my money and that two hours of my life back, now. For a film full of explosions and hostage situations and training montages, it was boring as shit.

To this day, I am not quite sure why I was watching this movie. I think it might have had something to do with my parents, but I'm not positive.

I think we need to file a class action suit to get our two hours back.

The only problem with that idea is that all the legal proceedings would take much longer than two hours, so you'd end up losing more time in trying to regain your lost time.

Or you could just sue them for all the time spent watching, thinking about, and writing about the movie, and all the time yet to be spent in filing and pursuiting the lawsuit.

The point would not be to recoup the two hours, but to make the company admit that we deserve our two hours back, therefore admiting the crappiness of their movie. It's a principle thing.

While editing, I had to refrain from adding in a Snakes on a Plane line. It was just so tempting.

Thank you! But for the love of God, DON'T EVER SEE THE MOVIE.
