I love scales. Does that make me crazy? I love the rhythm, I love the fingering, I love everything about them. I even skipped ahead to find out other scales to learn. I think what it is, is that I much prefer fingering to strumming. It makes going back and practicing chords hard, lol

Somehow you'll have to figure out a way to record yourself playing something and post it for us. When you describe your practicing I can almost hear it, but it'd be nice to hear the real thing!

What are your kids going to be for Halloween? I have a cowgirl who doesn't want to wear her hat and a doggie who's busting out of his too-small costume, but he's only 16 months-old and too little to go trick-or-treating anyway. Thing is, he'll probably tantrum unless he's included in the process...I've got a few days to work out the logistics at least!
