Visiting my parents in France now, they live in a tiny village Moussac about an hours drive away from Poitiers. I don't think you can get any more "country". I guess it's a perfect retirement place, but thank god I only have to spend 4 days here. It's like дача but there's only old folkes and cattle. Well, exams have finally finished and without much rest i must find a job of some sort. Anything but selling groceries. But the annoying thing is that after a year of vegetating and being unemployed, I became so lazy... It can be all described in one word: zapadlo.

I don't know how other people do it, but the lab part of science (especially chemistry) is contaminated by evil of doing reports. They are th emost unpleasnt things to do. Its not enough that you spend 9 hoours doing the lab (6hour synthesis and 3 hours analysing the crap you made), but then you have to spend countless hours writing about what you ( Read more... )
