Krokodil Gena
I was watching the old multfilms and in particularly Krokodil Gena series and discovered how much of what's going on in it you don't question when you are young, like the at the start the fruit and veg guy is tricking his customer on the scales, which was(and still is) so common in the old days, then the same guy bribes (!) the security guard at the zoo (also seems like a very common occurence). How did they pass the censorship?
In the second part, Gena steals a piece of machinery to build a play ground, and the cops come and don't do anything. Does that mean that is ok?
If you watch it again, pay close attention to the story, all the wrong doings and there punishment (or lack of it). No wonder the place fell apart.
