Kudos to you, doll! I always like seeing someone explore John/Dean :)

I really like the feeling that there's all this power, especially in John, but it's still very gentle.

Dean moves to roll out of bed, but John catches his chin between two fingers before he gets very far. Mmmm. Beautiful writing.

me too, it's such an *interesting* pairing, y'know? there's more in the works if you wanna check back. :)

Oh, absolutely. For me John/Dean is...I hate to go Shrek on you, but it's the onion of pairings for me. You can do so much deep work with it, going into some really nice psychological territory.

Lol, for a while I think I was a lone wolf in the pairing. I mentioned John/Dean and people ran away. Literally.

There is? Awesome :) Can't wait to read it.

nah, the shrek reference works, totally! using slash as a medium to explore the relationship between the two is fascinating for me. it's a really interesting dynamic.

well yay for you for standing up and being the lone wolf! someone has to go first, right? it is a uncomfortable pairing, but that's as it should be. people literally ran away? that's hilarious! i mean, i remember my first reaction when my sister got me into fandom (you write *what*?? but... but... they're related!) but the more i read and looked around the more interested i became, y'know? onions and all. and there is a companion piece percolating. it makes me happy. :D

Very ineresting, and a great read. I love all the questions there, that go unanswered. Wonderful read, yes, and twisted as it should be.

Thank you :)

I've taken the liberty to post a link here in papawinchester, I hope it's okay?

well, as long as no one else minds, i sure as hell don't. thanks for letting me know, too -- i got a rec from someone i didn't know, and it startled the hell out of me to find out (in a good way, of course). but it was very sweet of you. :)

Wow. Seriously, I love me some John/Dean and never get to see enough of it. This was beautiful. And I absolutely love the last line.

it is an less common pairing, that's true. i'm glad to make an entry into it, and i'm glad you liked it!

Wow, that was great. The angst and the unspoken tension is very Winchesterly. I really like the last line, the way that John isn't going to let Dean go without answering, despite having let it happen in the past. Dean/John definitely needs to be 'thinky' and I think you've nailed that.
Tally, ho! Onto the next part.

oh, i meant to reply in the last comment as well (er, your second one, i guess) -- i think i will write more john/dean. it started with just the one story, and bloomed into a couple more, but it's definately something i find really interesting as a writer. john/dean does need to be thinky, otherwise it's kind of unsatifying, right? i'm glad you liked them, and that's very kind of you to comment!
