This morning we had Andrew's swim lesson. I dropped Rachel off at the child center (she was super clingy), got changed, and then it was time to pick up Andrew from his lesson. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea for me to sign up for a session or two with a personal trainer. I've had sessions in the past, but mostly for weight training.
