Came back to another job possibility though. Only a slim chance with this one I think but at least there is some movement. My jobseeking experiences of the last six weeks seem to me to suggest a slow down rather than a recession...
Not sure what you mean, but I think it was basic inefficiency. There was no time for them to see my written answer and decide I was too rubbish to interview, for example.
Where do you work? :) basically I prefer to work for employees, but will work for public sector employers.
Might still be a perm job coming up at GLA but prob not till xmas - funding, auditing, blah blah blah. Was officially encouraged to apply when and if it does though.
