Abbey and I went to see “The Spiderwick Chronicles” yesterday after another day spent cleaning her parents’ house and barn. I was shocked at how frightening it was and didn’t like it very much, but it was a lot of fun going out with Abbey.

As a part of my lease agreement, I work 10 hours per month for Abbey to pay off 100 dollars worth of rent money. Today I spent 5 hours cleaning her parents’ house working off those hours. Oddly enough, I had a really good time.

A few weeks ago Abbey and I were cleaning out the garage and in it was the wooden frame of a full size couch. Obviously it was garbage, but obviously we were too cheap to pay the dumping fee for an object that large ($10). So the only logical thing to do was to cut it up with a chainsaw and burn it in the fireplace.
