I personally would probably not go for it, with the possible exception of something horse-related (I have thought about a Save the Three-Day patch, but I feel like I should run one first...!); I'm not big into broadcasting my convictions in that particular way. But if it's tastefully done, I'm neutral-to-positive about the idea for other folks.

I personally only go for plain saddle pads. Anything with a breed logo or farm logo is in my "junk" pad pile. However, I know a lot of people that have the breast cancer pads from SmarkPak, and I know if there were ones for different causes there would be people that buy them.

Maybe a plain pad with pink ribbon border, red border, whatever.
Then send the proceeds.
I have some of the Smartpink stuff, more because I am a big fan of pink than because I'm trying to go all out and support BC.
That said, some people get AWFUL huffy about what you put a ribbon on.
