There are already breast cancer saddle pads, both the ribbon kind and (for example) Smartpak's whole SmartPink line.

I personally would probably not go for it, with the possible exception of something horse-related (I have thought about a Save the Three-Day patch, but I feel like I should run one first...!); I'm not big into broadcasting my convictions in that particular way. But if it's tastefully done, I'm neutral-to-positive about the idea for other folks.
