Hello again equestrian !
Some of you may remember the Morgans from the summer months...a training project I took on in my home town, which I had to leave in order to return to school.

Why can't you call like the SPCA or something on that order? The fact that their feet aren't getting decent care seems so cruel...

BEcause they are technically getting feed and water means the SPCA cannot intervene! Many people including myself have tried in the past.
