they need to find the one man who can really stop the apocalypse and save Sam - MacGyver. Or Jack O'Neill, she isn't picky.

Clearly jack O'Neill is the logical choice. He has far more experience with saving the entire planet. ;)

I totally want to make a Good Omen's reference but I can't think of any right now.

Maybe: The Impala is cursed, and all of Dean's tapes in the car turn into "The Best of Queen". The anti-christ is found not to be Sam or Lucifer, but instead a normal English boy on vacation in America, who decides he really does like the Earth just the way it is.

I like the idea of Dean's tapes all turning into the Best of Queen:) Although I have a feeling Dean would love singing along to Bohemian Rhapsody.
