Juneau is pretty, I guess. It's also really, really tiny and attacked by cruise ships. That would be a nonstarter for me, at least for longer than a few months.
Staying in Washington has perks, but if the job doesn't significantly differ between locations, I'd take Alaska on adventure points. So probably Anchorage.
There are too many variables beyond my understanding here, though, so I wouldn't take my recommendation very seriously. Depending on your needs, Anchorage may even be too small.
holy crap loaded question! I think that both of the last two choices leave you in a similar enough area that boyfriendage is 'nearby'. alaska... not exactly 'drive there in a day' distance. I suppose it depends on how important that relationship is to you with respect to skiing and location. (That first one, perhaps it's the sort where, one year, you start out in the aid room, then once they know you and give you a couple days, you can go out patrolling more the next year?)
the sum of family, friends, and bofriend is pretty significant... and I'm afraid of up-and-moving for an hourly job where I might not get housing. Eeeeek! I think I'm going to Alyeska, because I could do the math still and because I really like accepting job offeres.
