"Rodney, buddy, I know the evening rush stresses you out, but you can't hide back here for--" John breaks off when he sees Rodney shoveling dry Golden Grahams out of a crushed box and into his mouth by the handful.

"What?" Rodney asks defensively, his mouth still disgustingly full of half-chewed cereal, before tacking on a hasty, "It's not like we were going to be able to sell it!"

"Well, yeah, in the clearance section," John says, rubbing the back of his neck and averting his eyes when Rodney's tongue guiltily darts out to lick his lips.
