I think the folks working in the office that's under construction on our floor are trying to kill us. I was inspired seeing Tintalle's new tattoos, especially on the tails of our own FL group's conversations about getting Seership-related ink (right rubibees, moongladewoman, coraltran, greenwapiti, ???).  I love what she had done, and was inspired to grab some pencils after some nice Breathwork to dump something out of my head. Tonight I tackled Week 7 Day 3 of the Ease into 5K program. In 8 short weeks (or longer, if you take breaks like I have), you can go from couch potato to being able to run for 30 minutes straight - with the ultimate goal of completing a 5K in that time.
