[She just stares at the lake, and well, the holographic panels floating just above the water with several pictures]

[She blinks and looks at them as well, sort of in wonder.]

[Yes, this certainly was a nice place to relax. Adachi had already found that out when he accidentally nodded off. Of course, he was kind of rolled to one side so he wouldn't really be recognizable at first. But how could she ever relax with somebody sleeping on a bench with her? I mean, doesn't this just reek of creepiness?]

[Mother of-! She really must have been out of it. Once Rise notices him, she jumps up and stares.

And now that she's realized who it is, she's going to nudge him awake, less than gently.]

I'm fine! I'm just a little tired from yesterday. It was pretty tiring, trying to fight off all those weird thoughts.

...Did they get you yesterday, Chie-senpai?

No, they didn't. Ugh, I'm sick of all this drone business. I never want to be like that again.

I hate that the town can do whatever it wants to us and it's pretty much impossible to stop the people doing it. I think droning is one of the worst ways they mess with us.

[ Souji is out for a jog in sweats. Late at night. Is Chie behind him? It's an appropriate thought, but nope. Souji has been putting on weight. Too much slacking off, not enough jumping into TVs and busting up shadows for daily exercise is making his body soft. If he wants to be an appropriate leader, he'd better start acting the part.

He stops, a little out of breath a few feet in front of Rise. Wow, talk about guilt. ]

[His voice catches her attention and snaps her out of her train of thought. Rise looks at him for a couple seconds before deciding to smile a little.]

[ Souji is usually to the point. But when Souji tries small talk, it's obvious he's nervous. Souji is a terrible liar. ]
