Leavin' on a jet plane...
Going to Chicago tomorrow. We have to leave the house at 5am tomorrow to drive (1 hour, 15 minutes) to the Eugene Airport. Our flight leaves 8am. Won't have internet access for a whole week! That's both scary and... liberating.

What to do?
I'm putting my foot down and, money be damned, we are going to Chicago this summer! James is already looking into when he can take a week off from work, and I've looked at airfare. The "Amount Enclosed" line on James' credit card payment stub has little pre-marked spaces for 7 digits, plus 2 decimal places. I can't imagine anyone ever needing to make a *payment* of $1,000,000.00 dollars or more. I can't even imagine anyone having a credit limit that high. Yeesh. -

I let my paid account expire. Now it seems like a silly thing to have paid for, but I guess my had my reasons. I even renewed it last year, in what I can only guess was sincere hope that my joblessness would be brief. Hah ( Read more... ) -
