Worst sensory experience EVER.
I know that there is something beyond myself and my social support network that is keeping me from smoking. On my way home from Heather's today I got a sudden craving. Calling all Neti Folks
I'm quitting smoking and having my ass kicked by pollen. I have a Neti pot, have used it in the past, but can't quite get the routine down. Afterwards, my ears (especially the left) feel clogged and it never feels like the water is out on the left hand side. Any suggestions? -

I've been intruiged lately by MC Chris, mainly b/c he reminds me of a lot of the guys I've dated...and has proven it can be successful. Starwars and comics have never really been my thing, but there is definitely a nerd connection there somewhere. Interesting. Does this mean that I should relinquish the "Big Boy Shoes" requirement? -
Next Up, Greenpeace Membership...
I am on this energy saving kick around the house and want to make some improvements to lower our gas/electric bills in the longrun (and that whole "Love the Earth" thing, too). Since I rent, I can't purchase large Energy Star appliances or anything, but am interested in any suggestions for improvements I can make without putting me in the ( Read more... ) -
