So... my last gas bill was kinda high.  So i decided to keep my thermostat down to about 60 or barely above.  Usually comfy temp for me for the most part, and my place is an upstairs apartment, with places on both sides.. so i have a little insulation to some degree anyway.  But...  60 on the thermostat to save money does not work when it is BITTER ( Read more... )
