The two month difference between the weather and the plant life cycles is still valid. The temperatures are between 20 (today) and 30 (and of the week). And the plants that are blooming here now are the ones that usually bloom in Poland in late May and June. I have to keep reminding myself thius is not summer. I'm not on vacation. Till about two weeks ago, everyone here was complaining about unusually harsh and cold weather. Then it got warmer and during the day temperatures are between 15-20 oC (it's been only two months Fahrenheit still sounds to me like a cold day on Venus) and even 24 this weekend. Weather changed into very rainy with occasional thunderstorms. On Friday it was also rather cold (12 oC during the day) except that one moment when the sun came out and it instantly got hot and humid which means summer didn't go far it just hiding behind the clouds. Today I bought first cherries. They are probably Spanish (I think I've seen Polish but they are still very small) but they tasted like summer. Strawberries have been loosing price whole week. Last week they were still hard to get now they are abundant. This is the good part of the everything coming faster.

I've been neglecting my updates on our accelerated season. There was finally some rain but not nearly enough. Then it got sunny again but colder. So instead of summer- like 23-27oC temperatures, we had something around 15oC with really cold mornings (in some regions night temperatures fell below zero). Now it's getting warmer again. My allergies come with spring. I’m starting to get sleepy all the time, I tire just running few metres and I get muscle soreness from walking up the stairs. But even during spring it’s not all the same all the season. Twice it gets worse. First I want to note that, traditionally, it got colder for the holidays. Especially comparing with last Wednesday. Well, the nights got pretty cold, but the days were still summer-like.

Since last weekend we have sunny and very warm days. It's up to 20o and even more in the sun. But till last nights the nights were pretty cold. Now even nights are warm - it's 10 p.m. and it's still 12o outside - just a week ago that'd be a very warm day. Every one switched to wearing just t-shirts and some even started to wear shorts.
