My high school boyfriend found me on Facebook. We haven't chatted too much yet but it was so good to hear from him! I am so excited and happy. He is the reason I got on Facebook in the first place, to find him or be available for him to find me.

I see all these jokes/lists about "The Ten Types of Facebook Posts" ... and now I finally get it. I mean, I knew there were lots of people who followed these patterns, but finally, today, I realized... Holy Crap, this is exactly what my FB feed looks like ( Read more... )

And other times, I don't. Like just now. A local sub shop posted a picture of their new location, and someone commented, "R u hiring there?"

Yeah, I'm going to be just fine, what with my ability to spell, and knowing not to use text shorthand when I'm writing to a potential employer. Or to expect a job offer from a Facebook comment.

I just had a dream that I was going to have sex with Dr. House from the tv show. Not Hugh Laurie, Dr. House. The obnoxious one. Worse yet, I was disappointed that I woke up before we even got all our clothes off.

At least he was kind of nice in the dream and I was happy and having fun. But still, I think this is a sign I need help. And sex.

I just read something I shouldn't have. My daughter complained about us in her blog. Something specific we could/should act on, but I can't tell her I know about it. I don't want her to stop writing honestly.

It's a money issue. No one is in danger - but our relationship is. Crap.
