We have now officially been granted the home loan, which means once a new contract has been drawn up with the seller, we'll be in our new home in about two weeks!

HUZZAH!!! (aka - it's about fucking time!)

And the couple who were going to buy the car, but couldn't, have helped us out with a short fall we discovered. All is going well. :)

Te car is no longer in our possession. It has all been paid off. We have a couple of things to fax off today to tie up all the loose ends, and we should (note to Keystart- if we don't, you'll have something akin to mass-murder on your hands) hear by the end of this week, maybe early next week.
