I rode my bike home from work today and got poured on! But it felt good! And when I reached the corner of Ford and Wilson, I could physically feel the smell of flowers it was so strong. I guess something with the rain made the smell from the little flower bed across the street more intense, I dunno, but it was amazing ( Read more... )

So I drove down to New Paltz this weekend to surprise Dave for his birthday. I told him to be at home between 7 and 8 because Fed Ex was going to deliver his birthday gift. I showed up at 8:30ish. MWAHAHAHAHAHA. He totally fell for it. There was even a note to the fed ex guy on the back door asking him to please go to the front door instead. ( Read more... )

Last Holiday was a good movie - life affirming and all that. Becky and Jill and I have gotten in the habbit of watching rented movies a lot, hence the frequent movie reviews.
Becky is over at Nate's. She joked that she was going to "life affirm." I'm not really sure what that means...

I got a 38P on my MCAT. The P (which means writing score) is not so great, but the 38... holy shit. 30 is the average of a matriculated med student. 36 is the average of an MDPhD student at UPenn. So... yea... I'm excited ( Read more... )
