Yesterday I got up at 2am to work on my paper. Once my sister and her boyfriend arrived in town, the middle of the night is the only time I have to work in peace, while they are sleeping. Worked my last day yesterday on 3 hours of sleep which went ok. Fortunately luck was with me and I kept drawing the easy patients so I never had to think too hard

You're not allowed to say, "I can't really examine you while the children are handling things, it's not safe -- once they're seated, we can continue"?

Also, I adore Moroccan food. They combine spices, fruits, "savories," etc. so wonderfully.
