I just re-discovered my old recorder (treble/alto) today.
I love the sound of it, it's so soft and low-pitched. Hate my old soprano one, it's too high-pitched - it's giving me headaches X_x
I think it's sound is pretty soft cos it's made of genuine pear wood.

Yesterday my beloved Sempai landed on German soil and I went to pick her up with her parents.
She'd stayed for 3 months in Japan doing a placement.
Well, that's not too long, after all, but I did miss her badly~
So, now she's back! And she's brought me wonderfull presents from Japan!

What I love about the summer is not the warmth (on the contrary - it makes me feel faint all the time @_@) nor the bright sun.
Actually, it's the fact that watermelons are cheap and the most lovely snack when it's hot outside.
Who needs ice cream? ;-)
