Wow, has it really been over two years since I've used this? Sheesh!

I quit paying for the upgrades, so now I'm down to the basic format with the standard number of Userpics and all that boring stuff. Glad to see my 'That 70s Show' mood icons are still here. ;-)

Maybe I'll start journaling again. Who knows.

So, it looks like ONE of the insurance companies has finally worked out their differences with the hospital and decided to pay their portion of the bill. For the two treatments Chris had under the Anthem BCBS insurance, we are responsible for $2600 (about $1200 per treatment, plus a bit of deductible) of the $22,000+ total bill ( Read more... )

Just killing time until I can leave work today. Cutting out at noon since I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon. Only have 25 minutes left, finished the project I was working on and don't particularly feel like getting back in the queues for the little time I have left. So, another day at work full of doing pretty much nothing. Boredom so extreme that I actually changed my computer wallpapers. Yes, plural! I has totally awesome dual monitor setup! Just bought ourselves our Christmas present! (Since Black Friday has now become Black Thanksgiving Week.) A lovely new 42" LCD HDTV. YAY!!!

...now just need an entertaiment center it will fit in.
