At work I was allowed to stay where I am. For now. I've worked 2 (3) extra shifts the past 4 days, and with this and my Easter/holiday additions, my May paycheck will be quite nice. Two more nights, then 4 days off - - which I'm spending dog-sitting at Sis'.

So, after a v. enjoyable weekend in Stockholm, a v. spectacular fight with Mother.
I'm not saying it's her fault it's like this, but she started giving me crap when I was 12, and I certainly DO know that it hasn't been a positive reinforcement or at all constructive in this matter. Christmas over and done. Weird, but good.
Weird because it was just Mamma and I for Xmas Eve, but then there was the FamilyLOLapalooza on the 25th, which was all good. Got sick again -- or maybe I should just say I got wors again, since I've more or less had a cold since September. November is just starting and it's not looking to be any good now that I don't have a week off to look forward to. I do however have a 4-day off coming up, and that will help a little.
Argh. But it feels like ... not enough.
