28 What characteristic do you most dislike about yourself?Oh dear - how uncomfortable. Right now I feel rather selfish. Not really doing anything for anyone else. Not giving any money to all the many charities who are asking right now. I have thought of giving to unicef and might do that today. That might assuage my guilt a bit. I

Thanks. I try to keep it real. Pretty much. I think sometimes I'm like the kid whistling in the dark. Trying to cheer myself up.

i use my paper journal for that
with lots of paint and whimsical drawing
or i go deep in my rabbit hole
tell all my fears which i would NEVER do on L J

I really felt like you yesterday, but today I'm better and the sun came out - such a difference! I hope you get over your cold soon and yes, you and Dave together. It's probably too late - you're probably given it to him anyway - that's if he gets it.

And seriously? Not giving? Give yourself a break! You have given so much! Time for YOU to be pampered!

I have had some of the same feelings as you and never have before in my life. I am trying to get over my anxiety/depression? or whatever it is. I do have some pills the dr gave me that seem to help a little, but mostly take them at night. You are lucky to not be alone.

Re: charities, maybe a local one? I gave to the one in our county that helps provide school lunches at present
