Where I live, we have a Steam and Gas Engine Show every Labor Day. This year, there was a flea-market as well. I went towards the end of the show and was just looking around. Rockhounding and ect.
Last Saturday, my dad and I went to Lindburg Quarry to pick up some Kona Dolamite. The pit that's open for the public to work in is getting pretty picked over, but we found some really great stuff. Okay, so the other day the regional manager came to the store for our CER (a very important inspection). She oversees these things for 150 stores. Our Taco Bell is one of only eight stores to get a 100% in this round of testing. As she was leaving and I was standing by the register she told me we had "a beautiful restaurant".

There's some bad news folks; a Disney rep. at the recent Gathering made the announcement that Gargoyles Season 2 Volume 2 won't be released (more info here: http://news.toonzone.net/article.php?ID=11250 ). Not good...
Bad news at work lately. The apartment of one of our shift managers, Mandy, caught fire. No one was hurt, fortunately. Something wrong with some wiring in the basement, apparently. Unfortunately, she lost almost everything, most of her clothes, a new computer, lots of her stuff. Pretty much everyone at work donated money for her, which Ashley ( Read more... ) -
