If Walter were merely a normal human, he would have been stopped already. Knowing that fact only, we can assume that his chip was removed ( Read more... )

You're right, but there's a hitch in the plan in how do we actually kill him.

What people decide to do with him after he is made vulnerable is not for me to judge. That is merely a plan to restrain him.

Hn, I'm working under the assumption that the only way to get a chip back in someone is for them to die. It's worth a try, though.

That's something we would have to ask the scientists, but knowing how uncooperative they are to not working on their own schedules, it's doubtful that they would be willing to help-- it's clearly not something we should wait for, at any rate.

It's a theory. Of course it's not without its flaws, but it's a valid theory regardless.

Should this be achieved, he may simply remove it... and begin once more where he ended.

That still allows us at least twenty four hours to restrain him or, if needed, kill him.

Heart.

Despise it or not, in the end one is always drawn to the other. Take his heart out, and he will be vulnerable.

Is this conjecture, or a proven theory?

He's taking out the hearts of people. Kill the child. Torture him. There will always be some connection there, discarded or not.

I'm going to crush his skull. Like a melon.

You make it sound so simple, but do you think it would really be a good idea to give someone a reason to get so close to that guy? People are out of blood! And maybe even out of their minds.

I hope you have an idea, since you have time to complain about how the police in this town can't tame the lawlessness ass-backwards nature of this city. What have you done to stop this?

He cannot be stopped unless someone takes action, which does entail getting close to him.

The majority of police in this town are nothing short of completely inactive. Are you telling me my complaints are not justified?

Then how do you know that they won't just become another sacrifice!? Dammit. You and Kadaj are just so...

No, I'm telling you to move your ass! If this city is so full of problems and you know it, then why continue to sit back and act all cool. Do something with your own power!

So you are suggesting that we should sit back and allow him to kill whoever he pleases, only opposing him if he comes towards someone near us, in which case we will blindly make an attempt to stop him without any organization?

There is only so much I can do in regards to the situation of the city, but thank you for assuming I'm merely sitting comfortably, only worrying about my own problems. I seriously appreciate the notion.

Then perhaps it shall be now that we all gather together in brawn and mind to form a better law force than the one we have now?

This Walter is like so many here, a beast who dons human flesh as his disguise!

We must band together to rise above his inlfuences and STOP him from harming another soul!

I couldn't agree more. This isn't a matter that we should simply run into head first, however-- if he is capable of killing so many individuals so quickly, it will prove difficult to stop him.

Do we have a count on the number of individuals he's murdered yet?

Aye! It seems that this Walter is not a mere man but a child trapped in the tortured vessel of a man.
He is no psychotic fool, as another has warned me...

His killing is a pagan ritual of some kind, a ritual to for this boy to return his mother to him or such.

I suspect that he has murdered perhaps four or five victims, the latest being a young woman.
Shall I investigate more of this matter, I will be able to record an exact amount of the individuals slain!
