Kadaj's suggestion gave me an idea.
Lure him into a group of those little bugs. The Heartless. But.. There's no guarantee that'd work either. Maybe I could go after his mind. Give someone enough time to capture him while he has to deal with my mental attack.

That sounds reasonable, but there are far too many uncontrollable variables.
The mental attack theory sounds reasonable; perhaps you should go help Sokka with his plan? It seems like they intend to go through with their plans tonight-- if not sometime within the next twenty our hours.
For reasons unknown to me, we are unable to restrain him. He also knows the location of the chip has his chip removed, so we can only assume that some ability that he has is the reason he hasn't been stopped, despite whatever means he uses to kill others.
