Honor was a guard. Naturally, the girl would find herself outside and wielding her weapon. At this point, she had managed to fight herself to the island where the Access Point was, still finding fighting these winged beings strange. They shouldn't exist, her mind was telling her. They shouldn't be here.

As she ripped her sword across a wing and dodged an attack behind her shield, Honor noticed Cara. She gave her fellow fighter a quick nod, working her way over to the other, ensuring she wasn't ripped up too badly - already Honor's shirt was torn, showing the bandages underneath that hid her breasts.

Cara grinned at the sight of Honor, battling another of the monsters. "Hey there!" she said, starting to work her way towards Honor as well. The harpy clawed at her, but a sharp jab with the spear sent her back again, this time with a wounded leg. Those these particular monsters weren't ringing any bells, she was sure that she'd fought things like them before.

She noticed that Honor's shirt was ripped as she got closer--were those bandages underneath? Had he been wounded somehow before? It didn't seem to hinder him at all. "Are you okay?" she asked, glancing over quickly before turning her attention back to her harpy.

Honor stuck her sword into one of the harpies wings, coming out of it, splattering blood onto the girl. She nodded, continuing to fight them off. "I'm fine." She didn't bother to wipe off the blood. "How are you faring?" As she glanced at the other girl, a harpy raked its claws her chest, through the bandages, but only deep enough to scratch the surface of her skin, as the girl moved out of range..

The bandages fell open, along with her shirt, revealing rather feminine parts. She blushed, but kept fighting. Surviving these were more important. "You should get back up the Stairway."

The thought of leaving Honor to fight two harpies alone didn't sit well with Cara, and she shook her head. "I'm good, and not until we're done here--" Seeing Honor's harpy move swiftly, Cara chanced a glance back and--

--er--

If it hadn't been for a swift claw to her shoulder, Cara would have shouted "You're a girl?!" in disbelief. But the sharp pain reminded her that they were still in the middle of a fight. She thrust her spear towards the harpy, giving it a nice stab in the ribs. Another good jab like that would do for it.

Honor growled in frustration, aiming to hit the harpy. "Can't you just-" She spun and stabbed the harpy Cara had attacked before. It fell against the ground. There was blood running down the other fighter's shoulder from the attack. With the harpy down from before, Honor turned to the other woman, violet eyes irritated.

From within herself, she drew what she saw as a cord of fire. Her hands reached out for the wound, ignoring the blood. The air around her hands grew violet as well, and slowly at first, then faster, the wound was healed under her fingertips.

It still required effort on Honor's part to do it, much less during an attack, but it only took a few seconds. Not only that, but she was happy to note it didn't exhaust her as much as it did the first time fighting her Other.

It was amidst all this movement that Honor realized why she felt so chilly and... breezy.
