Rating: PG-13 likely? It's a battle against harpies.
Summary: Ray Harryhausen invaded Edensphere Battle against Harpies!
Cara knew that it would have been a better idea to try and get a friend to go with her if she was going to be out and about. But really, the thought of having to fight monsters on her way around the City didn't faze her a bit. It was certainly better than having strange and unknown things lurking in the upper branches.
So if it was a choice between hiding inside unless she had a hand to hold, or going about and just making sure that she was vigilant, Cara would definitely pick the latter. Sure, going with a friend would be nice but there was probably someone else out here too, and she wasn't a child. Besides, the spear would allow her to keep the harpies at a comfortable distance so long as she didn't let herself get swooped from behind.
Steping off the elevator to the Access Point, Cara looked up at the sky. No sign of them yet--she stepped onto the bridge for Medical Island, figuring that it would be convenient if she got scratched up. Before she'd taken three steps though, she heard a rushing of air and whirled around, jabbing upwards with her spear. The harpy that tried to ambush her screeched and backpedaled from the weapon.
