Summary: Nothlit needs a place to hide from hungry Harpies, and Helios actually offers for some reason.
So the bird kid needed somewhere to stay, Helios wasn't necessarily the nicest person in the world, but he could extend an offer of a hiding spot for a while. The Harpies were kind of nasty, and he'd feel kind of bad if the kid got eaten when he could have helped out a little. Kid... bird, right the guy was normally a bird.
Besides, perfect opportunity to ask annoying questions about his ability to shapeshift!
"Hey Renae, we're gonna have a bird over for a while. That cool?" He called out to his roommate.
