[Thread] Fear the Goddess

When: Whenever during Stage Three of modplot.
Summery: Belldandy is pretending to be a meatpuppet and causing pain.
Warnings: Violence? Lots of it. She'll be trying to hurt almost all who enter.

Persephone was on her way back to her apartment via the park having just finished up working on some of her plants when she heard the sounds of explosions coming her way. That... crap. That was not good.

What was even more not good was that it was Belldandy heading the sound of chaos and the younger goddess could only stop for a second, staring. The last she had seen or heard from the other woman was at the ball and to see her acting like this was... unsettling. Very unsettling. Belldandy hadn't struck her as the destructive type, but then again, she didn't know her very well, so.

Fingers curling around her staff more tightly, Persephone called out with trepidation, "Belldandy?"

Belldandy looked over at Persephone and smiled brightly. Oh, goody. This one could be fun to mess with. "I am to cause harm and destruction to all I meet!" She said, making it sound like it was an order of some sort before holding up her hand, a ball of energy forming. "You are not one of the exceptions." She said and fired the blast of energy.

It took a couple of moments to register the the ball of energy flying at her before she scrambled out of the way with a yelp, the hem of her robes catching fire as Persephone desperately beat at them to put it out.

That? That was not cool.

With a growl, brambles poking from the cracks of street, Persephone demanded, "By the Underworld, what is wrong with you?!"

"There is nothing wrong. This is what I am supposed to do." Belldandy said, still smiling. "The master wants destruction." She asid, switching to third person. She had been the master and would be the master again, after all. She gathered up another ball of energy and firing it at the other Goddess.

Kaiba wasn't in the best of moods. She was still dealing with the hell that she had gone through again. Having Mokuba die in her arms a second time was not the best thing for her mind. She stopped in her tracks when she heard explosions. Great. Just what she needed when she was trying to clear her head.

She muttered something under her breath and then started to head back to her apartment.

"Kaiba-chan!" Belldandy called after seeing the other after turning from an alleyway. "I have a message for you. They aren't happy you got away from their control." She said, charging another blast in her hand, smiling happily.

She froze for a moment when she heard someone call out Kaiba-chan. No one called her that. She turned to glare at Belldandy and her eyes widened a bit at the ball of energy in her hand. That was NOT a good thing.

"Are you angry, Kaiba-chan? They are." Belldandy said, smiling brightly as she walked towarsd her, the energy still in her hand.

This whole thing had put Kurogane in a foul mood. Once he got over the shock of what he did guilt was replaced by those old feelings of anger and frustration. Like the first years he found himself without his princess, Kurogane was out looking for a fight. It was a subconscious need by now. If he fought, he got stronger. If he got stronger, then he could have more control over things. He would probably find fault in this logic if he thought about it, but he didn't. He just followed the desire for strength.

Unfortunately, there weren't any good fights that he could find in this place and he rather not hurt people who were 'on his side' of this 'war'. What he really wanted to do was kill those alien bastards. That thought was interrupted when he turned a corner to see Belldandy blowing up a trash can. Kurogane lifted an eyebrow, "... What the hell are you doing?"

Belldandy paused and looked over at Kurogane and smiled. "Fulfilling the desire of the master you used to have." She said happily.

Well that cleared things up. The fact that the goddess was insane, not how the shift in mood happened or why she was blowing up trash cans. Kurogane started to tense as he looked over the other carefully. "I only have one master, and destroying trash cans isn't on their list of desires."

"The princess? No, the second master. The one who wish to destroy." Belldandy said and pointed her hand towards Kurogane. "Unfortunately, I can't allow that and must punish you for going against the master." She said and fired a blast of energy at him.

It was some time after speaking with Juudai, and an hour before she were to meet Fayt and the others over by the pond, when Elise had been walking through the park, her mind wrapped tightly within her thoughts. The young, red-brown haired boy had given her quite a bit to contemplate about, and she couldn't help repeating them to herself, as if struggling to commit them to memory. She would hate to have forgotten all that the boy had advised, so this time, she was intending to take more drastic precautions.

Unfortunately, her reverie was interrupted by the sound of an explosion. Startled, she instantly snapped her head to the side, her gaze almost immediately drawn to the young woman who was quite blatantly the cause of the multitude of explosions.

"Um...excuse me?" she called over to her, tentatively, taking a step forward. "If...if I may ask...what exactly are you doing?"

Belldandy looked over at Elise and smiled. "Fulfilling the desires of the master." Belldandy said, turning to Elise. "Destruction and pain." She said, forming the ball of energy in her hand, taking a step towards Elise.

Her eyes widening with at the sight of the sphere of energy materalizing within her hands, Elise instinctively took a step backwards. Swallowing, she tried to keep her face devoid of the anxiety that was currently rippling through her. "But..." she began, slowly. "...Why does you master want this?"

"The master wishes for destruction." Belldandy said, holding out the hand with energy towards Elise. "That is all." She said and fired.
