She hated to admit it, but she was in a slightly foul mood. As an usually honest person (or at least as someone trying to be), why did she need this extra push? However, it wasn't so bad as what the some other people using the PDA went through.
The park. Yet again. She visited it now regularly, aside from that small empty lot, much more fitted for Beyblading. It was a place where she could think, and meditate (most of the times) in peace, and get things sorted out.
She saw the young man, and his pile of cards, who reminded her of the cards game that boy she once met described.
He looked distressed. Knowing better than to bother him, she just looked at him for a little while, pondering on whether he needed support or not.

Vaguely, Manjoume became aware of someone watching him. Looking ever-so-slightly up, he noted that it was a human someone, who he didn't recognize.

Not that he wasn't used to being watched. It was just that those who tended to watch him were usually rather loud and annoying, instead of silent.

...and not here, even if he was still able to see or hear them, which he wasn't...

...which brought him back to square one. Oh, just beep.

"What?" he asked his watcher, almost in a tone that could be taken a snap, though it was too weak to be a snap, really.

A little taken aback by what she thought as a snap, she lowered her head, calmly replying ''Sorry. Didn't mean to bother you.'' It was true, and she knew from numerous happenings with Kai that letting distressed people their space for a while was the best cure. Well, if these people were self-sufficient like Kai.

Manjoume looked away. Well, at least she was apologizing, unlike certain other beings he knew.

Suddenly, however, another flash of memory decided to make itself known - what whatever it was claiming to be Ojama Yellow (because it couldn't have actually been him, there was no way that was possible, he couldn't hear them anymore after all...) had told him when he had touched that necklace.

You shouldn't push people away, Aniki. You need company, and they need you around too.

And before he could stop himself, he found himself sighing and replying, "No need - I'm just a little stressed right now."

Mahaado quietly walked along, he didn't like being settled down inside a room for ages. Alive for now, he was rather happy to be able to stretch his legs after ages as a monster. He stopped at the sense of another duelist and watched the teen for a bit.

The black clad stranger wasn't his Pharoah, or Young Master... No was he anyone that Mahaado knew that was close to either of them.

((OOC: He'll ponder for a bit before wandering away unless you want to speak to him.))

He was being watched. Manjoume knew that feeling all too well. No matter how quiet they were, he was (far too) used to the feeling of when he was being watched. And looking up, he noticed the magician that he had spoken to a couple weeks before, while he'd been getting his bearings. Mahaado, his name was.

"What do you want?" His question wasn't in a tone that held any annoyance or anything like that, though perhaps a slight bit of exasperation directed at something completely different.

"Forgive me for interrupting, but you seem rather sad." He explained quietly. "Has something upset you since last we met?" he asked politely.

Usually, Manjoume would have met Mahaado at this time with a sarcastic glare that dripped of 'what do you think'.

Now, however, he merely responded, "I don't want to think about these memories, but they won't leave me alone."

Juudai had been intending to circle the compound lazily while walking, and had only made it about halfway around before spotting a familiar boy in black who appeared to be sulking.

"Oi, Manjoume!" Juudai called, changing direction in order to approach him. "What's up? You don't look too happy."

Upon hearing his name by such a (though usually annoyingly) familiar voice, Manjoume looked up, attempting (though rather failing) to pass the very lost look on his face off as simply exhaustion. He might have actually been willing to respect this Judai to a point, but that didn't mean he was naturally inclined to spill all of his guts in front of the guy.

(Though, that didn't mean he would be able to avoid that right now, but he could try.)

He replied, in a somewhat tired tone that suggested that he wasn't particularly in the mood to talk, "Just trying to get some bad memories to go away. That's all."

"Ah... I see. Looking at your deck or something to take your mind off it?" Juudai asked, sounding casual. He worried about Manjoume, yes, but it took a very delicate mix of both prodding and leaving him alone at the right times to get him to come out to you about anything.

"It's funny... usually the Ojamas would be out pestering you about it by now in some way," he noted, a bit concerned at their absence. The area around Manjoume was awfully sullen and quiet without them, and his various reactions to them.

Great. He was bringing them up. Of course he would.

Usually, Manjoume would have fallen silent at this point, if not outright told Judai to go away. Unfortunate that the truth stuff wasn't going to let that happen.

Turning his head away, he responded, "No, looking at it is what caused this in the first place.

"And the reason they aren't pestering me," he attempted to hide the worry in his voice with bitterness, "is because I don't have their cards. Not anymore."

Fubuki had been out enjoying the sun as usual, making the most of the last of summer's warm days. Another month or so, and it would be too cold for swimming in the lake, so he was determined to enjoy it as much as he could. He had, in fact, been on his way in that direction when he saw a familiar black jacket. His split into a wide grin, and he rushed over to the other boy.

"Manjoume-kun~♥!" he called out joyfully, as he flung his arms around him in a powerful bear hug.

In his own world, Manjoume had only met Tenjoin Fubuki twice - once alive, while the older student had been essentially on his deathbed, and once deceased, possessing his younger sister. Therefore, though he'd heard a few stories here or there, he'd never gotten the chance to experience the extent of the Blizzard Prince's enthusiasm.

Therefore, being suddenly hugged like that with almost no warning at all took him completely by surprise. And coupled with his rather distracted state, he wound up rather speechless.

Fubuki either didn't notice or didn't care about Manjoume's shocked state (it was possible he was amused by it).

"I'm so glad to see you!" he gushed. Mercifully, he loosened his grip enough to let him breathe. "How've you been doing? Are you enjoying Econtra?"

Yes, being allowed to breathe was a rather nice thing. After a few moments to allow Manjoume to compose himself just enough to be able to actually make a coherant response, he managed to reply, "It... could... be better..."
