Sora spotted the Warden as he lay on his stomach under a tree, enjoying the warmth of the day, and he waved, his ears twitching. But the man in white was apparently too busy to notice or respond, and Sora pouted. He wanted his friend to come talk to him!

But after a few minutes of watching, his mouth popped open in surprise as the ruined Mess Hall began taking shape again, and he sat up, eyes wide. So that was what the Warden was doing! "Wow," he breathed, surprised and delighted. Once the Mess Hall was repaired, everyone would be able to eat again! That, to Sora's mind, was the best thing about this day so far. "Thank you!" he called, hoping the Warden would at least hear, even if he didn't acknowledge the thanks. Sora supposed he'd be in the minority of people lining up to thank the Warden for what he was doing, but he wasn't going to forget his manners, not when he had the voice to do so!

River, too, was enjoying the warmth of the outdoors when a strange feeling swept through her. She looked over towards the rubble of the Mess Hall and felt vibration. It wasn't a threatening feeling, so she simply watched. The vibrations picked up and things started to construct. It was as if things were falling upwards into the places where they wanted to be.

River shivered at the feeling of righting.

A voice under a tree called out a 'thank you', and manners she looked around. Someone was really grateful for the work the Warden was doing. She blinked. She was grateful, too. Having sweets to eat had been nice, but Simon had never let her eat so poorly for so long. Real food!

She joined her voice to the gratitude. "Thank you!" she called.

Duo stood about ten yards from the girl, and was watching the warden carefully. He didn't like that guy for all he was worth but he knew better then to mess with the hand that fed you. He and Edward had tried to fix the building itself for what it was worth and here now the warden came along and fixed it in an instant? After all the crap he'd hauled around on a stomach full of bits of stale granola bar?
He crossed his arms and furrowed his brows. Thank you? Yeah, right.. Thanks for the help, after the fact, but to the point, he supposed.

"Oh be nice," Atem said, having joined Sora under the tree - she was really going to have to get used to seeing him look and sound like Yuugi, even though his speech pattern was exactly the same as what it was in his original form - and she gave the Warden a thumbs up, even though it was likely he couldn't see her. "Nice job!"

Hovering near a tree, Duo watched in slight awe as the Warden just stood there and stared at the remains of the mess hall... and it rebuilt itself. The little shinigami buzzed his way over closer to watch in curiosity.

He was simply passing by, but spotted a commotion in the mess hall. He heard noises, like rubble shifting and materials smacking into one another. What was going on? Shadow drifted closer, not activating his hover shoes, simply walking with a relaxed stride. He didn't need to activate them now, so he merely decided to walk. Shadow ended up behind the warden, watching the strange building 'magically' come together, scanning the goings on mainly with his bionic eye.

What? How was this possible..this man must be terribly powerful. Could this be the one they called the Warden?

Having just finished taking some deep breaths and bolting down a bit of the meat she carried, the still-mutant Scully came face-to-face with a power she hadn't seen anything like for a long time, not since...

...well, not since her son died.

"Oh my god," she breathed, transfixed at the sight. Might William have grown up capable of such a feat? She felt tears begin to wet her lower lashes, and forcefully blinked them back.

Only a few years ago, she might not have believed what she was seeing. She would have found a way to explain it, rationalize it, quantify it within normal boundaries. She might have chalked it up to the lingering effects of high levels of radiation, or exposure to an unknown narcotic. Now, however, all she could do was stare and be shaken at the enormity of the event.

"Oh, Mulder. You should be here now to see this." Her voice was hushed but thick. "You should be here."

"It's amazing!" Tails exclaimed as he walked over. "I don't think I've ever seen someone with power like that before." And Tails had seem a lot in the time he'd known Sonic.

He came to stand next to Scully, eyes transfixed on the sight before him, though it did seem that this observation was at least partially directed at her.

Scully had to blink several times to be sure, but it seemed that she was indeed being addressed by an anthropomorphic fox.

An anthropomorphic fox dressed like Robin Hood.

Did everything here feel the need to shake the very foundations upon which she set the world?

She quickly cleared her throat, and snuck a hand upwards to brush her eyes dry. "I have," she replied, somewhat shaky. It was inevitable that she'd end up divulging her past at some point; how much of it was still her decision.

"Really?!" Tails asked, sounding very curious, until he looked up and noticed she seemed to be trying not to cry. Then he sounded concerned. "Um, are you okay ma'am?"

Tseng was being brave again, and he was outside his dorm. His head had cleared and he was able to walk without hitting things now. Of course, Indigeo had some sense of humor or something, but when he woke up today there was a lot of cheese around his bed, and he was walking around with a small piece in his hand, nibbling as he walked. He stopped, seeing a person infront of the mess hall.

So this was the Warden, and the mess hall was repairing itself. Good, now he may be able to have something besides cheese to eat, even though it tasted really good.
