Sunday was my chocolate class. It was kind of disorganized and the guy was really ditzy, but the chocolates turned out so well! I spend most of the time making almond dragees (first and last pictures), but I also got to make a red pepper ganache.

Today was the first day I've physically been in the office in two weeks. It was dead quiet and I got a lot done. While I did learn that my favorite employee accepted an offer in another department, that was actually good news because she totally deserves it.
