Rainy Wednesday . . .

It was still dark as night in the bedroom at 9 a.m. this morning. Pete left at 7:30 to go to the lab and have blood work done. I didn’t even hear him leave, but about 8 a.m. I awoke and thought it was still night and went back to sleep. Finally got up a little before 9 and he was home and waiting for me to get up and make some coffee. He says

Yes, a lot of rain for such a short period of time. More today, but not quite as much thank goodness because our ground is pretty saturated.
